Liguang Liu is Associate Professor with School of Government, Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), Beijing China. He also works as deputy Director with the Center for Global Economy and Sustainable Development, CUFE. His research interests covers areas of Governance and Public Policy, Higher Education of Sustainable Development (HESD), Environmental and Energy Policy, and Political Science. He got MS degree in Environmental Policy from Roskilde University, and PHD in Public Affairs from Florida International University.
